上海香瓜视频app床上與Mecvel共同推(tui)出了可(ke)以調整限位的(de)內置的緊(jin)湊型推杆Ali1和Ali-P,用於對安裝空(kong)間特別小(xiao),對執行部件(jian)的行(xing)程又需(xu)要進行微調的工作場合。
Ali1是(shi)“槍”型(xing)推杆,馬達的安裝的放向和推杆運行的方向是(shi)垂直,總長(zhang)度大約(yue)是(shi)55毫(hao)米+行程
Ali1-P是“線”型推杆, 也(ye)就是馬達(da)的安裝(zhuang)的放向和推杆運行的方向是平行的,總長度大約是100毫米+行程(cheng)
在這兩(liang)種的緊湊型推杆上,可以(yi)配置(zhi)三(san)種(zhong)微(wei)型開關(guan)和一個增(zeng)量型編(bian)碼器, 對於三種微型開關,如圖(tu)片,有(you)三種
A-F是推杆的前(qian)端(duan)限位開(kai)關,P-B是推杆的尾(wei)端的限位(wei)開關,I-M是推杆(gan)的中(zhong)間位置的限(xian)位開關
每一順(shun)時(shi)針(zhen)選(xuan)擇A-F和(he)P-B按(an)鈕(niu),則(ze)限位開關則向(xiang)推杆前端頭(tou)移(yi)動0.7mm.
調整限位開關位置時,注(zhu)意不(bu)能(neng)超(chao)過推杆規(gui)定的極(ji)限位置,具體的調整流程如(ru)下:
1. Adjust P-B switch so that it is at its very end of the stroke, acting on the related screw
2. Adjust A-F switch until it reaches its very end of the stroke, acting on the related screw, and by that get back of about half a turn of the screw
3. Retract the linear actuator until the P-B micro is actuated. This is the starting position for the stroke adjustment
4. Drive the push rod out until the needed stroke is reached
5. Place A-F switch here
6. Perform a complete stroke and check its length
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the needed stroke is reached
